What are the dimensions for each roll off?

The 10 yard roll offs are 14’ long x 8’ wide x 2.5’ tall. The 15 yard roll offs are 14’ long x 8’ wide x 4’ tall. The 20 yard roll offs are 14’ long x 8’ wide x 5’ tall.

I’m a home owner, what can I use a roll off for?

Residential uses include (but are not limited to): spring cleaning, basement cleanout, garage cleanout, estate cleanout, remodeling, reroofing, moving cleanout, water/flood/storm damage, tree trimming/removal, and landscaping.

I’m a contractor, what can I use a roll off for?

Commercial uses include (but are not limited to): new construction, remodeling, demolition, foreclosure cleanout, house flipping cleanout, roofing, warehouse cleanout, and shop cleanout.

What are the weight limits for your roll offs?

The 10 yard roll off can hold 2 tons; the 15 yard roll off can hold 2.5 tons; and the 20 yard roll off can hold 3 tons. Any overages are $45/ton.

How do I know where you are going to put the roll off?

Specific instruction on where to place the container must be given. Container can be moved, but there will be a trip charge. If worried about driveway being scratched by container, it is recommended to place plywood on drive where container will sit.

What’s included in the price of a roll off rental?

Prices Include:

  • Delivery of American Rolloff of your choice
  • 1-7 Day Rental
    • If call for pickup is received within 7 days or less, and you do not exceed weight limit, there are no extra charges.
  • Pickup of American Rolloff
  • All Landfill Fees & Taxes
  • All rates quoted are cash only prices unless stated. Prices may vary due to delivery location and type of debris placed in container.
How much will it cost if I need to keep the roll off an extra day or two?

Starting on the eighth day, extra charges apply, starting at $7/day.

How much can I fit in a roll off?

One 10 yard roll off can hold the equivalent of 3-4 pickup loads. One 15 yard roll off can hold the equivalent of 5-6 pickup loads. One 20 yard roll off can hold the equivalent of 7-8 pickup loads.
